The Blank Canvas
Every painting begins with a spark, sometimes vivid, sometimes half-remembered. The Blank Canvas is where those sparks become something real.
The idea for this section was born during a conversation with someone who had never painted, yet carried a powerful, almost dreamlike vision of an artwork he wished existed. It made me realise that inspiration isn’t limited to artists; it lives in memories, emotions, and the surreal fragments of imagination we all carry. A childhood moment, a recurring dream, a Dalí-like vision suspended between reality and the impossible, these are often the beginnings of the most extraordinary works.
Here, I invite you to bring those inner images forward.
Together, we explore your ideas and shape them into a composition that captures their essence. Through sketches, discussions, and shared imagination, we refine the concept until it becomes something we are both proud of, a painting that feels deeply personal to you, yet crafted with the skill and sensitivity of the Old Masters.
The Blank Canvas is not just a starting point.
It is an invitation to create something that could only ever come from your vision and my hand.
